Ardrossan Commercial Plaza — CRU Development
The Ardrossan Commercial Plaza is a ground-up commercial retail unit (CRU) development located in the growing community of Ardrossan, Alberta. Stellar Development Group is serving as General Contractor, providing full construction management and site coordination across all disciplines — including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and landscape scopes. The project involves comprehensive sitework, building envelope systems, mechanical and electrical installations, and full interior fit-out, delivering a modern commercial plaza that will serve the local community for decades to come.
